A little about me

reluctant_gargoyleIt occurs to me that I've made mention of a lot of things and people, without really going into a lot of detail. So I suppose that's what the big purpose of all this is.
This is me and Goliath. We're mates now, so basically it's like being married. He looks a little grumpy in this shot, but believe me, he actually can smile.
This is Hudson. He's over a hundred years old, not counting the gang's thousand year nap. He's a bit of a TV junkie.
This is Brooklyn (in front), Lexington (in the middle), and Broadway (in the back). Great guys, if typical teenagers. Brooklyn, especially, is Mister Cool and Moody, Lex is a tech-head, and Broadway's a great chef and a good detective.
This is Angela. She's the daughter of Goliath and Demona. In human terms, she's my step-daughter. She grew up on a mystic island where time moves slower, but now she lives with us.
Bronx, our watchbeast, looking happy to see Hudson.
Matt Bluestone. My old partner on the force. Conspiracy nut who also happened to be right about some of it. Our best and closest human friend, though he still sometimes says I turned into a Gargoyle just to get out of doing paperwork.
Cagney, my cat. She likes to nap on top of Bronx. He doesn't seem to mind.
My father, Peter. I was following in his footsteps when I joined the force.
My mother, Diane. Not even the same species as her anymore, and she still nags me about grandchildren.
My sister, Beth. She's going to med-school. I'm very proud of her. Currently the only Maza kid without wings.
Derek, my brother. Or as he calls himself these days, "Talon." He'll always be Derek to me. Xanatos and Sevarius turned him into a Mutate, but he's made himself a life, helping the homeless, along with Maggie and Claw.
Maggie Reed. Poor kid. Girl came up from Ohio to follow her dreams, and now she's a Mutate. She and Derek have found happiness in each other. We're friends, of a sort, but I think it bothers her a lot that I don't want to be human again, while that's all she can dream about.
Claw. The strong-silent type. Really about as sweet as a big teddy bear.
Four of the clones. Malibu and Brentwood in the foreground, Burbank and Hollywood in the back. They give us the creeps, but Derek's taken them in and is trying to teach them about free will.
Delliah. The clone of me. The twin sister I never wanted. Creeps the living hell out of me, but it's a lot better having her with Derek's Clan than working for Thailog.
